Craig A. Kasper, Au.D. Founder & Chief Creative Officer
Craig created L2WS:LabToWallStreet in 2002. At the time, he was serving
as a
consultant to entrepreneurs, the venture capital community, and
scientific
ventures in all stages of development. Prior to his consulting work, he
served as a clinical audiologist in the Department of Otolaryngology/
Head
and Neck Surgery at New York-Presbyterian Medical Center (Columbia
University Campus). Craig earned his Master's degree in Audiology with
clinical honors from the State University of New York at Buffalo,
completed
his doctorate at the University of Florida, is a Fellow of the American
Academy of Audiology and is Board Certified by the American Board of
Audiology. He has also contributed to research articles that have been
published in peer-reviewed journals including Hearing Research and
Laryngoscope. Currently, Craig is the Director of Audiology for the New
York
Otolaryngology Group and Co-Director of the New York Tinnitus Center.

Matthew L. Wotiz Founder & Editor in Chief
Matt teamed up with Craig and L2WS in January, 2003 in order to remain connected to
and engaged in the development of the life sciences industry in the tri-State
area, as well as to facilitate the development of the publication itself. This
is a natural complement to his role at Lundbeck, Inc., the USA subsidiary of the
Danish pharmaceutical house Lundbeck A/S.
Matt is an Associate Director with Lundbeck, Inc.
He has been with Lundbeck, Inc., since October 2001. Lundbeck, Inc.
is
the USA subsidiary of the Copenhagen, Denmark based pharmaceutical
group H.
Lundbeck A/S. During this time, he has participated in the growth of
the US
subsidiary from a core group of three professionals to its present
state of
over 100. He is responsible for multiple corporate and strategic
development
functions, including identification and execution of high level growth
opportunities, as well as product and technology licensing functions.
Additionally, he is directly involved in the management of the H.
Lundbeck
A/S strategic private equity portfolio.
Beyond Lundbeck, Inc. and LabToWallStreet, Matt contributes strategic
and
financial consulting efforts to a number of NYC-based non-profit
organizations and startups, serves as a Trustee to the Children's
Museum of
the Arts, and is involved in a number of industry-related professional
societies and organizations.
Matthew holds a MS in Biotechnology from the J.L. Kellogg Center for
Biotech
at Northwestern University, and a BS in Biology from Washington and Lee
University.
